Capitalize only first letter of first word and proper nouns. Example: "Phosphorus forms and distribution in the Zhejiang coastal sediment in the East China Sea".[page:1]
Use full names (given name before surname), capitalize only first letters. Mark corresponding author with *. Use superscripts (a, b, c) for affiliations.[page:1]
Number consecutively: 1., 1.1., 1.2., etc. Abstract excluded. Capitalize only first word and proper nouns in titles.[page:2]
Examples: "1. Introduction", "2.1. Data collection".[page:2]
Each figure/table = 160 word-equivalents. Submit in Microsoft Word.[page:2]
Subfigures: 2-side-by-side (<8cm each); 4 in 2x2 grid.[page:2]
